Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Lightly grease pie plate (10 x 1/2-inch).

   Cook and stir ground beef and onion until brown; drain.

   Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

   Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.

   Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

   Serves 6 to 8.

   If using size 9 x 1/4-inch pie pan, lower milk to 1/2 cup and eggs to 2.
