Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Directions

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.

   Drain and stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread beef in pie plate.

   Cover with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate.

   Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean from the center (about 30 minutes).

   Let stand 5 minutes.

    (If using a 9-inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1 cup, Bisquick to 1/2 cup and eggs to 2.)
