- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Brown beef and onion. Drain and stir in salt. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir milk, Bisquick and eggs together with fork until blended. Pour into plate. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield:
