  • 1/2 stick butter
  • nutmeg (on top)
  • 1 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. flavoring (lemon or vanilla)

    Mix sugar and flour good with eggs.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into 10-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Makes its own crust.
