4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick baking mix

Directions

Grease 10-inch pie plate.

Place chopped ham in bottom of pie plate.

Add shredded Swiss cheese on top of ham and chopped onion. In blender, add milk, eggs and Bisquick.

Blend thoroughly.

Pour over mixture and bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
