  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning or 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. mild taco sauce
  • 1 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Brown hamburger and onion with taco seasoning or chili powder in skillet.

    Mix mild taco sauce, Bisquick, eggs and milk.

    Pour over top of meat in baking pan.

    Bake 35 minutes at 400°.

    After baked, top with cheese.
