Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick oleo/butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie. This pie provides its own crust, coconut custard filling and coconut topping.
