Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 tall (13 oz.) can Milnot
- 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Butter the bottom of a 10-inch (glass) pie pan.

2Spread with coconut. Place all other ingredients in blender container.

3Blend well on high speed.

4Carefully pour over coconut.

5Be sure coconut is moistened.

6Bake in oven at 350° approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.

7Serve at room temperature or chilled.
