  • 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 small can (4 oz.) green chile pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • grated cheese
  • tomato (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Brown beef and onion. Add taco mix. Beat with mixer the eggs, milk and Bisquick for one minute. Spread beef and onion in pie plate. Cover with chilies. Pour liquid over and bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Remove and cover with 1 cup grated cheese and thinly sliced tomato (optional). Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
