- 12 cup Bourbon or 12 cup rum
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 eggs, seperated
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 1 dozen double ladyfinger
- 34 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Soak the crumbled macaroons in the liquor.

2Cream together the butter and sugar.

4Add melted chocolate, vanilla, nuts and soaked macaroons.

5Beat egg whites to stiff peaks; fold into chocolate mixture.

6Grease a springform pan and line with single ladyfingers.

8Remove from pan and decorate with the heavy cream whipped with the 3T sugar.
