- 1 cup kosher pickle juice
- 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large onion. sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup sliced okra
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 1 tbsp parsley
Directions

1Marinate the chicken thighs in pickle juice overnight

2Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit

3Take chicken out of pickle juice, salt and discard the juice.

4Mix the baking powder, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, and pecans.

5In a medium bowl

6Dip chicken into batter coat well put on an oven safe pan bake 30 minutes.

7In a pan melt butter add, okra, onions, peppers, salt, and ground black pepper.
