  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. strong coffee
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, eggs, soda and salt. Carefully add hot coffee, a little at a time, so as not to cook eggs. Add hot water and melted butter.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan (works well in Bundt pan). Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.

    Frost with fudge frosting.
