Indian Mango Salad

Ingredients
- 1 mango small lrg ripe, peeled and cut into dice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red chilli small hot, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 piece ginger peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- zest grated, a lime
- 1 cup yoghurt natural
Directions

1Put the mango and any juice into a small bowl.

2Warm the oil in a frying pan and cook the chilli ginger and mustard seeds until the seeds start to pop.

3Add the lime zest and remove from the heat.

4Stir gently into the chopped mango and set aside.

5When cool mix with the yoghurt and season with salt.
