  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 (5 ounce) tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) pink salmon, Chicken of the Sea vacuum packaged
  • 14 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup pecan pieces, broken
  • 18 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 18 teaspoon coarse salt

Directions

    Mix together the salmon and greek yogurt.

    Make a bed of the spinach and tomato.

    Top that with the salmon mixture.

    Sprinkle the top of the salmon mixture with the salt, pepper and pecans.
