- 2 lb. ground meat
- 2 pkg. (10 to 16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
- 5 to 6 large potatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 to 3/4 stick butter
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Directions

1Braise ground meat and onion in frying pan.

2Drain off liquid. Cook vegetables as directed on package.

3Peel and boil potatoes, when done mash potatoes with milk and butter (a few pats). Combine meat, onion, mixed vegetables and tomato soup. Use only 1/2 can of water. Mix well.

4Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste.

5Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.

6Spoon meat mixture into dish to 1/2 from top. Spoon mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture.

7You may need 2 baking dishes. Cut pats of butter on top of potatoes.

8Bake at 350° until butter melts and potatoes start to brown.
