  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. While spinach is cooking, combine sour cream and dry onion soup mix and set aside.

    Combine spinach and sour cream mixture.

    Turn into buttered 6-cup baking dish.

    Sprinkle with crumbs, then with cheese.

    Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned.
