  • 600 grams of dried fruit - choose from dried apricots, pears, peaches, prunes, apples or anything you can think of.
  • 2 Twinnings Chai teabags
  • 8 Green Cardomon pods - bruised
  • 1 stick of Cinamon
  • 1/3 cup Orange Blossom water

Directions

    Arrange all the fruit, teabags, cardomon and cinamon in a bowl that has a lid( I used an earthen ware casserole dish).

    Add enough boiling water to just cover the fruit.

    You could let this mixture sit for a few hours or place the bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes with the lid on.

    Just before serving remove the chai teabags and add the orange blossom water.

    Serve over icecream or natural yogurt.
