  • 1 lb. venison or beef
  • 3 oz. soy sauce
  • 12 to 15 drops liquid smoke
  • 2 shakes garlic salt
  • 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, liquid smoke, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium size bowl.

    Cut meat in thin slices when half frozen.

    Lay slices of meat in bowl until thawed.

    Add mixture. Let stand for about 1 to 2 hours, longer for stronger taste.
