  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (lite works too)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

    Beat cream cheese; blend in sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Place one cookie in each liner, flat side down. Put about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each cookie. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
