- 1 potato, cut into 8 wedges
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into slices
- 1/2 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1For each person, cut 2 rectangles of aluminum foil and lay cross ways.

2In the center of the foil add potato, green pepper and onion.

3Take ground beef.

4Cube some Velveeta cheese.

5Wrap ground beef around the cube of cheese to form a meatball.

6This should make approximately 3 meatballs per individual.

7Lay these on top of potatoes, green pepper and onion.

8Top with 2 additional slices of Velveeta.
