- 1/2 lb. salami
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. whole oregano
- 2 c. biscuit mix or flour
Directions

1Shred salami with knife or shears.

2Roll biscuit dough very thin.

3Cut into 12 rounds (5 1/2 inches in diameter).

4Place on cookie sheet and flute edges.

5Spread with tomato paste; sprinkle with oregano (1/8 to 1 1/4 teaspoons per round).

6Top with salami and cheese.

7Bake until biscuits are brown (15 to 20 minutes).
