  • 2- 1/2 pounds Chicken, Bone-in & Skin On, Cut Into Pieces (I Buy It Already Cut Up)
  • 13 cups Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cups White Or Salad Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce

Directions

    Wash chicken and take skin off (I leave it on the drumsticks).

    Pat dry with paper towel.

    Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large skillet on stove.

    Dredge chicken pieces in flour, shake off excess and brown both sides in oil (about 3-4 minutes per side, just to brown).

    Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan.

    Combine remaining ingredients to make the sauce and pour over the browned chicken.

    Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
