Infallible Roast Meat

- 1 1/2 kg beef roast
- 60 g tomato paste (not puree)
- 125 g French onion soup mix
Directions

1Place unseasoned meat on a large sheet of thick aluminium foil. (double if necessary).

2Spread entire surface of meat with tomato paste, and then sprinkle over the soup mix.

3Wrap it up securely in the foil so no juices can escape during the cooking time.

4Place in uncovered roasting dish in a preheated 180 degrees celcius oven.

5Cook for 3 hours and do not touch the entire time!.

6When ready you can strain the gravy and pass it along separately.
