Ingredients

  • 10 (6-inch) tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced smoked turkey
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag grated Mozzarella
  • 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 jar pizza or spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Spread out 5 tortillas on a large sheet of wax paper. Sprinkle with a small handful of both kinds of cheese (1/4 cup total).

    Cover with 2 slices of turkey.

    Top with tomato slices and cover with 1 tablespoon of sauce.

    Sprinkle with another handful of both kinds of cheese and top with tortilla.

    Heat a teaspoon of oil in frying pan on low heat.

    Gently set a pizza in pan.

    Cook 2 minutes or until little brown spots appear on the bottom of tortilla.

    Flip with a spatula and cook another 2 minutes.

    Remove to a plate.

    Repeat until all pizzas are made. Cut in 1/4-inch square and serve.
