- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, brown beef; drain.

2Transfer to a greased 2-quart casserole.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is tender.

5Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
