Ingredients: 3/4 c. hot water; 3 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin; 1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice; 3 egg yolks; 3/4 c. cream cheese; 1 c. sugar; 3/4 c. whipping cream or 1/2 pkg. Dream Whip and 3/4 c. milk; 2 tsp. vanilla; 15 to 20 ice cubes

1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. whipping cream or 1/2 pkg. Dream Whip and 3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
15 to 20 ice cubes

Directions

Blend in blender for 45 seconds the hot water, unflavored gelatin and lemon juice.

Add and blend for 10 seconds the egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar.

Add and blend for 10 seconds the whipping cream and vanilla, then add one at a time and blend after each 15 to 20 ice cubes.

Pour into crust.
