- 2 kg mutton leg, cut into 1inch cubes
- 4 pepper corns
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (accordingly)
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 large onion, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes (chopped up)
- 1 tsp cummin seeds
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 3 tbsp mince ginger
- 4 chopped green chillies
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 hot water as needed
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
Directions

1Pressurize the mutton in 1.5 glasses of water and salt for 15minutes

2Strain the water from the mutton and keep aside.

3Put oil in a pot, add cinnamon, cumin, pepper corns and cloves then add onions and brown them (not golden, but dark brown..

4Try not to burn) add garlic and ginger

5Add the tomatoes, salt, green chillies and curry powder and cook until it looks like a paste.

6Add the mutton and the water.

7Add 1.5 glasses hot water and cover..

8Allow to simmer for 15minutes then add garam masala
