  • 3 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 2/3 c. instant potatoes
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion, minced
  • paprika

Directions

    In saucepan, bring water, margarine and salt to a boil.

    Add milk, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and onion; stir in instant potatoes.

    Spoon into a buttered baking dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
