  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. (8) small shortcakes

Directions

    Melt butter in a skillet.

    Add pineapple and sugar, stirring until sugar melts.

    Dip one side of each shortcake into mixture. Place each on plate, coated side up.

    Spoon pineapple from skillet onto each.
