Invigorating Foot Bath

- water, as required
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions

1Soak your feet in warm soapy water.

2In a bowl, mix together the sugar and almond/sesame oil.

3Rub this onto your feet and ankles for 2 minutes.

4Let it remain on for 15-30 minutes.

5Rinse feet under cool water.

6Pat dry.

7Put on your favourite pair of cotton socks.

8Keep'em on for 2 hours minimum or overnight preferably.

9When you wake up the next morning, remove the socks and feel great when you stand on your smooth and moisturised feet!
