Invigorating Foot Bath

  • water, as required
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

    Soak your feet in warm soapy water.

    In a bowl, mix together the sugar and almond/sesame oil.

    Rub this onto your feet and ankles for 2 minutes.

    Let it remain on for 15-30 minutes.

    Rinse feet under cool water.

    Pat dry.

    Put on your favourite pair of cotton socks.

    Keep'em on for 2 hours minimum or overnight preferably.

    When you wake up the next morning, remove the socks and feel great when you stand on your smooth and moisturised feet!
