- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter plus 2 Tbsp. for top
- 2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets, then peel.

2Chill potatoes, then grate.

3In a saucepan, melt butter and add cheese until it almost melts.

4Take off heat and add sour cream and onions; salt and pepper.

5Pour sauce over grated potatoes and fold carefully until mixed.

6Place in oblong pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Dot 2 tablespoons of butter on top.
