- 1 c. raisins
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. liquid oil
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Boil raisins for 3 minutes; strain.

2Sprinkle with a little flour and set aside.

3Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, milk and eggs.

4Fold in raisins.

5Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

6Bake at 350° in oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
