Irish Chocolate Mint Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/2 c. powdered nondairy coffee creamer
  • 1/4 c. powdered instant coffee
  • 1/4 c. cocoa

Directions

    Place sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle extract over it while stirring with a fork.

    Thoroughly blend, then add remaining ingredients. Allow to stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally to dry. Store in tightly covered container.

    Use 3 to 4 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
