  • 1 ounce, fluid Irish Whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons Demerara Sugar
  • 8 ounces, fluid Strong Black Coffee
  • 1/4 cups Lightly Whipped Heavy Cream

Directions

    Heat a large glass by pouring hot water into it and swirling it around for about 30 seconds. Pour out water and add Irish whiskey and sugar to glass. Stir well to combine.

    Add coffee and stir well again to fully melt the sugar.

    Slowly pour cream onto upside down spoon to float on top of coffee. Look at the beautiful thing you just created, then drink up!
