  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 to 1 c. strong black coffee
  • 1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) Irish whiskey
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Dissolve sugar in black coffee glass or a heat-resistant, non-metallic glass, cup or mug.

    (Do not use a glass with metallic trim.)

    Heat uncovered on Full power 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot (160°).

    Stir in Irish whiskey.

    Carefully float a spoonful of whipped cream on top.
