- 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- cold, double strength coffee
- 1 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
Directions

1Prepare cake according to package directions, except substitute coffee for water.

2Bake cake in 2 round layer pans. Cool for 10 minutes.

3Prick top of layers with wooden pick and sprinkle each layer with about 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey.

4Beat whipped cream and sugar until stiff.

5Pipe between layers and on top.

6Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
