Irish Colcannon With Ham

  • 5 whole Potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper
  • 1 dash Olive Oil
  • 1/2 heads Cabbage
  • 1/2 whole Onion
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cups Ham
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese

    Boil potatoes in salt water until tender.

    Drain and mash with butter and milk.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Set aside.

    In skillet, heat a splash of olive oil.

    Saute cabbage and onion and add chicken stock.
