- 4 cups Unbleached All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Low Fat Milk
- 1 cup Irish Cream Liquor
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat a waffle iron.

2Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Create a well in the middle and add the eggs. Lightly beat the yolks to break them up, then add the milk, Irish cream and butter. Stir well just until the batter is mostly smooth.

3Pour approximately 1/3-1/2 cup into each section of the waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp.
