- 1 1/4 cups dark beer
- 1 13/16 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 7/8 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups rye flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast dry organic
Directions

1Place the ingredients, in the order listed, in the pan of a bread machine.

2Select the dough program.

3When the cycle is finished, place the dough on a floured surface and shape into a ball.

4Brush with water and sprinkle with rye flour.

5Place in a greased loaf pan. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 400°F.

7Make a few cuts in the dough with a knife and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
