- 3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
- 1 large head cabbage
- 6 ears corn
- 12 medium size white Irish potatoes
Directions

1Put brisket in a 12-quart stockpot and fill with water.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 1/2 hours until tender.

4Cut cabbage into quarters and add to brisket.

5Add potatoes and cook for about 30 minutes.

6Add corn and cook 15 minutes.
