- 1 lb. hot and zesty Bob Evans pork sausage
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. minced onion or fresh
- 4 large boiled potatoes
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Fry celery and onion in pork sausage grease.

3Mash the potatoes (lumpy) and add bread crumbs, celery, onion and sausage; mix well.

4Place in Corning dish.

5Press stuffing mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
