- 4 c. flour
- 1 egg and enough milk to make stiff dough
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda or 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Rub margarine into flour.

2Add sugar and raisins.

3Beat egg and milk; add to mixture and knead into a stiff dough.

4Roll out and cut into rings.

5Bake in moderate 350° oven for 30 minutes.
