- 1 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. rice flour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Combine flours, then add to butter and sugar.

3Press dough into two 8-inch cake pans.

4Prick all over with fork.

5Bake at 300° for 50 to 60 minutes.

6Cut cookies while still warm, then let cool and remove from pan.
