- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 rounded tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Melt margarine plus 1 teaspoon salt in a 10-inch skillet. Combine flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and baking powder.

2Blend eggs and milk in separate bowl; add margarine.

3Combine with dry ingredients.

4It makes a wet dough; add raisins.

5Spread around in skillet; dust top with a little flour.

6Score center of dough so it won't split.
