  • 6 lb. chuck roast, cubed to 1 to 1 1/2-inches
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Mix together soups and sugar, then add meat. Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 hours. Add the mushrooms and continue to bake for 1 1/2 hours.
