  • 1 roast of your choice
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 500°.

    Place roast in iron skillet.

    Pour soup and water over roast; sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

    Cover with foil. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Turn oven off but leave roast in oven until oven is completely cool. To warm, place skillet on top of stove on medium heat.
