  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. rice
  • Fried Bananas

Directions

    Clean and devein shrimp.

    Melt oleo in iron skillet in oven. Add shrimp and garlic.

    Broil until shrimp are pink.

    Remove shrimp and set aside.

    Add onion and pepper.

    Broil until tender, but crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add shrimp and heat until hot. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Prepare rice according to directions. Serve over rice.
