- 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 large onion
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. rice
- Fried Bananas
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp.

2Melt oleo in iron skillet in oven. Add shrimp and garlic.

3Broil until shrimp are pink.

4Remove shrimp and set aside.

5Add onion and pepper.

6Broil until tender, but crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes.

7Add shrimp and heat until hot. Salt and pepper to taste.

8Prepare rice according to directions. Serve over rice.
