  • 3- 1/2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Or Tenders
  • 12 ounces, weight Apricot Preserves
  • 8 ounces, fluid Ranch Dressing, Bottled Or Make Your Own (See Included Recipe)
  • 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry
  • FOR THE HOMEMADE DRESSING (optional):
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups Buttermilk Dressing
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (Dry)

Directions

    Brine chicken if needed.

    Rinse chicken and place in a 9x13 casserole dish.

    Mix together remaining ingredients, mixing dressing ingredients together separately if making your own.

    Pour sauce over chicken, cover pan with foil and bake in a pre-heated 350 degrees F oven for 3045 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken.

    Check for doneness.

    Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

    Thicken sauce if desired with 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water.

    Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
