  • 1 can pinto beans (include liquid)
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (include liquid)
  • 1 can kidney beans (include liquid)
  • 1 pack Ranch dressing salad mix
  • 2 c. water (more or less as desired)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes more or less as desired. Mexican cornbread is good with this.
