Ingredients

  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
  • 2 medium carrots, 1/8-inch thick
  • 2 large celery ribs, cut 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 sliced, diced green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Mix vinegar, water, garlic, dressing mix and pepper.

    Bring to boil; add vegetables.

    Simmer and stir 8 minutes.

    Add oregano. Cool, then refrigerate in a jar or other container.
