- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- pinch of crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 2 medium carrots, 1/8-inch thick
- 2 large celery ribs, cut 3/4-inch thick
- 1 sliced, diced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Mix vinegar, water, garlic, dressing mix and pepper.

2Bring to boil; add vegetables.

3Simmer and stir 8 minutes.

4Add oregano. Cool, then refrigerate in a jar or other container.
